With over 23 years in the industry, Carley founded Coco & Pastel to create a luxury salon experience where women feel confident, empowered and truly cared for.
She is passionate about helping women take time for themselves — creating beautiful, confidence-boosting results in a space built around self-care and exceptional customer service.
Carley specialises in luminous blondes, precision bobs and seamless colour, while also loving rich brunettes and warm coppers with depth and shine.

Morgan
Senior Stylist
With over 8 years of experience, Morgan brings skill and vibrant energy to Coco & Pastel. Originally from Cairns, she moved to Brisbane to further pursue her passion for colour.
Morgan specialises in bright, seamless blondes, soft layered cuts and voluminous blowouts. Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, she creates confidence-boosting results tailored to each client.
Outside the salon, she enjoys travelling, beach days and exploring the city with a coffee in hand.

Salon Coordinator
With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Bobby has been a valued part of Coco & Pastel for 7 years, working closely alongside Carley to support the salon’s daily operations and growth.
Known for her warm, bubbly personality, she ensures every client feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. As the heart of our front desk, Bobby manages bookings, client care and salon coordination, while supporting the team behind the chairs.
Outside the salon, she is a proud mum and enjoys home renovation projects with her family.
