With over 23 years of industry experience, Coco & Pastel was founded in 2016 by Carley with a clear vision — to create a boutique hair salon in Coorparoo where luxury, creativity and personalised service come together seamlessly.
Built on a passion for beautiful blondes and refined colour work, Coco & Pastel has grown into one of Brisbane’s most trusted destinations for lived-in blondes, seamless balayage and dimensional colour transformations.

Morgan
Senior Stylist
Morgan has been hairdressing for over 8 years and brings both skill and vibrant energy to Coco & Pastel. Originally from Cairns, she moved to Brisbane to pursue her passion for colour and continue growing her craft in a fast-paced salon environment.
Morgan specialises in bright, seamless blondes, soft layered cuts and bouncy, voluminous blowouts. Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, she loves creating beautiful, confidence-boosting results tailored to each client.
Outside the salon, Morgan enjoys exploring the city with a coffee in hand, travelling and spending time at the beach soaking up the sunshine.

Bobby
Salon Coordinator
With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Bobby has been an integral part of Coco & Pastel for the past 7 years, working closely alongside Carley to support the salon’s growth and day-to-day operations.
Known for her warm, bubbly personality, Bobby creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for every client who walks through our doors. She loves connecting with clients and making sure each visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
As the heart of our front desk, Bobby manages bookings, client care and salon coordination, while also supporting the stylists behind the chairs. Outside the salon, she is a proud Super Mum and enjoys taking on home renovation projects with her family.
