The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided at Coco and Pastel. Upon booking an appointment and finalising your booking fee, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

 

Booking Fees & Appointment Confirmation:

To secure your appointment at Coco & Pastel, a non-refundable booking fee is required:

• Haircuts & Blow-Dries: $50

• Colour Services: $100

This fee will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment.

Booking fees are transferable to one rescheduled appointment with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

If we do not receive your booking fee within 48 hours of your appointment, it will be cancelled to accommodate other clients on our waitlist.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations/no-shows made on the day of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
   

• To secure a future appointment after a late cancellation or no-show, a new booking fee of $50–$100 will be required.
   

Please confirm your appointment only if you are certain you can attend. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will assess situations on a case-by-case basis.

 

Appointment Reminders

You will receive three SMS reminders:

• 7 days prior to your appointment

• 3 days prior

• 48 hours prior

If we do not receive a response after three contact attempts, your appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee will be lost;  to accommodate clients on our waitlist. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookings at our discretion, in which case any paid booking fees will be refunded.

Change of Mind
No change of mind on the day of your booked and confirmed appointment. For example, if you are booked in for a haircut and colour and only decided to have the cut you will be charged for the full service as you have been given plenty of time to make changes and another client has possibly been turned away.

 

Online Bookings
All online bookings will incur a 40% booking fee, this is redeemable on the day of your appointment, but NON-REFUNDABLE.
 

New Clients
For all new bookings made via phone and in-person we will require a $50-$100 non-refundable booking fee based on the length of time we need to accommodate to your hair this is to be taken on the day of booking. It will be redeemable on your bill the day of your appointment and can be transferred to ONE rescheduled appointment within the 48-hour time frame.
 

Cezzane
All Cezzane bookings will require a $100 booking fee to be taken at the time of making the appointment, this is redeemable on the day of you booking but NON-REFUNDABLE.
 

Christmas Appointments
Any appointment booked that will be 4 hours or more will require a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 booking fee, this is redeemable on the day of your appointment and is transferable to ONE rescheduled appointment within the 48-hour time frame.
