At Coco & Pastel, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain smooth appointment scheduling, the following terms and conditions apply to all bookings. By securing an appointment and paying your booking fee, you agree to the policies below.

Booking Fees & Appointment Confirmation

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments:

• Haircuts & Blow-Dries: $50

• Colour Services: $100

• Colour Correction: $200

This amount is redeemable on the day of your appointment.

• Booking fees can be transferred once only, with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

• If a booking fee is not received within 48 hours, your appointment may be cancelled and offered to clients on our waitlist.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling

We kindly request 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee.

• To secure another appointment after a late cancellation or no-show, a new booking fee ($50–$100) will be required.

We understand unexpected situations can occur, and will assess each case individually.

 

Appointment Reminders

To help you keep track of your booking, you will receive three SMS reminders:

• 7 days before

• 3 days before

• 48 hours before

If we do not receive confirmation after three contact attempts, your appointment may be cancelled and the booking fee forfeited to accommodate clients on our waitlist.

Coco & Pastel reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings at our discretion. Any salon-initiated cancellations will have booking fees refunded.

 

Change of Mind

Please ensure your chosen services are final before the day of your appointment.
If you booked multiple services (e.g., cut + colour) and choose to proceed with fewer services on the day, you will be charged for the full original appointment, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.

 

Online Bookings

All online bookings require a 20% booking fee.
This fee is redeemable on the day, but non-refundable.

 

New Clients

New clients booking via phone or in-person must pay a $50–$100 non-refundable booking fee based on the length of time required.

• Transferable once only with 48 hours' notice

 

Cezanne Treatments

All Cezanne smoothing services require a $100 booking fee.
This fee is redeemable on the day but non-refundable.

 

Christmas Appointments

Appointments requiring 4+ hours during the Christmas period require a $200 non-refundable booking fee.
